3RD COMPONENT OF healthy living : SLEEP
Assalaamualaikum pembaca2 blogku ,
Seseorang yang sihat adalah seorang yang boleh dapat tidur dengan nyenyak , iatu tidurnya berkualiti . The minute dia meletakkan kepalanya atas bantal , dia terus boleh tidur . Dan bila dia bangun pagi dia rasa fresh dan tak rasa apa2 sakit2 atau lengoh atau kebas 2. .
Semasa kita tidur , sel-sel badan sibuk melakukan tugas2 repair-works pada waktu2 tertentu ia-itu sekitar 10pm - 2am . So , untuk mereka yang tidur selepas waktu tersebut ,memanglah kerugian . Terdapat ramai orang yang berjaga sepanjang malam dan lepas tu di - gantikan dengan tidur waktu siang berikutnya , thinking that they will benefit just the same .Well its not . Siang2 tak ada kerja2 baik-pulih sel2 . Senang sekali kita berpandukan manual . Lihat apa yang tertera didalam manual kita dibawah .
Islam has great interest in sleep, and sleep is considered as one of the signs of the greatness of Allāh. Sleep is mentioned frequently in the Quran. For example, a well-known verse says, “And among his signs is your sleep by night and by day and your seeking of His bounty, verily in that are Signs for those who hearken” [verse 30.23]. Islam has clear instructions and guidance for followers about the nature of good sleep.
Therefore , please get your proper sleep . Kalau in cases of mereka yang nak recover from a penyakit , lebih2 lagi lah perlu to sleep for the duration recommended ,during the proper times and correct position .
Ada ramai orang yang bekerja on 'graveyard' shifts these days . Sad to say memang they suffer from serious
life-threatening diseases in the later part of their lives . There's no substitute for your night-sleep . None.
