TRAPPED ??? - all in your mind

FIRST MUHARRAM

 Assalamualaikum .

It is late , mata pun dah rasa berpasir . I was pretty much occupied since early morning .Public holiday .Nye and girls dropped by . Also Sumaiyyah and kids.Hope to give something worth your while tonight , bi izni llah.
I have had the' kids in Gaza' on my mind  since I last saw the post by Terr Plez . Disturbed .My heart goes out to them . I did ask Haaziq what can people like me do to help the cause .. He posted " educate the youth ".....Insyaallah .
Dear Muslims,
seems like we are trapped and helpless ? in almost every aspect of our lives ?  Feels like we can't free our lives from their increasingly engulfing power ?..Rest assured dear ones , Allah is near ,

4 months ago ., my 1st son ( 20 year-old) bought himself a scrambler against all odds .We were speechless . He finally went ahead with his purchase plans anyway ., after months of reasoning sessions with him about it . The big question was how much ? and where in the world he obtained the cash from , merely entering his early months working as a taekwando instructor.  The dreaded answer  blurted out  - a bank loan .#  " How else can I buy a transport  " . he continued , " sampai bila2 lah tak pakai any means of transport ".  No loan ,no transport  - pathetic


On a similat note , in trying to secure a house , get a car  or upgrade your child's education  to tertiary level or even get married you will be lured into further debts ( ribaa and all ) .Loans are made so easily available  for people like you and me to fall prey to . And if we don't escape it, we will be haunted by it for the rest of our lives ( and after ). .The gravity of this Sin is expressed in many ayats of  The Quran.;one of them being 

 
 Al-Imran : 130
O ye who believe! devour not usury doubled and multiplied; but fear Allah; that ye may (really) prosper.    

 WHAT ELSE ?
Dear Muslims,
Some of us resort to help from the financial institutions too quickly . It's not hard to appreciate that sometimes we do get into what seems like dire-straits situations. If we are honest to ourselves , more often than not , our urgent needs are not genuine . They are mostly driven by our nafs which , in turn are driven by our greatest enemies - as-Shayateen .I mean , what is the meaning of urgency anyway ? Is having a motor-bike urgent ? or securing a house urgent ? or tertiary education urgent ? Nothing in life has any meaning to it except the meaning YOU give it.. The simple act of filling up a few forms , submittimg a few documents to get you what you virtually can't afford , but greatly desire for is easy and convenient . Have you thought about what the aftermaths that will follow upon violating THE LAW . Are we sure we want to feed our enemies ( who is currently overwhelmingly fed by us) more .? contibuting to their relentless war against OURSELVES . Please think .
