BEAN-SPROUT Smoothies
Assalaamualaikum w.b.t.
The mung-beans which I put by my kitchen window-sill 3 days ago have sprouted . It's a shame if we are not going to take advantage of the compact goodness they bear , but convincing the family to eat them will be a challenge . So I decided to disguise them in a smoothie ...they wouldn't know would they ,if I were to camouflage it with something distracting ....:)
ingredients :
- a handful of fresh harvested sprouts
- coconut water
- raw organic honey
- half banana
- ginger
- apple cider vinegar
- half a sachet of Jia Hor High-Fibre ( the lemony taste will wbe the smoke screen.....hehe)
- ice-cubes(optional)
No one will be able to tell that the major ingredients were beansprouts ....I dare testify to this bcos I've just served it.....:)
