I recommended Abeer on one of our high-dose programme , especially due to the fact that what she had was 4th stage . In addition to this , she MUST adopt a healthy life style in totality . which is summarised as :-
i. proper sleep - minimum of 6 hours of sound sleep , sleeping hours : 9.30pm or 10 pm onwards. This is compulsory because our cells undergo repair works and regeneration during this time .Lack of sleep will instigate acidity to the eco-system within the body . Acidity spells out low-oxygen and high-carbon dioxide - which renders the internal environment conducive to the prolific multiplication of any cancer cells . Understand that cancer cells are anaerobic ; they thrive in oxygen -deprived conditions and vice versa.
ii .proper exercise routine - This does not mean a 'go-for-thr-burn ' session in a gym or an aerobic studio . A daily brisk-walk round the block or a daily pilates routine to sweat the toxins out would suffice . Note : Sweating has a detoxifying effect , whereby the free-radicals are eliminated from the body ,subsequently making the conditions less favourable to the CULPRTT .(Free Radicals are responsible for inducing acidity ). The idea here is to minimize the carbon-dioxide content , and maximize that of the oxygen so that the cancer community will die .
iii. proper food - " EAT TO HEAL" .anything else ,forget it .
MasyaAllah. Alhamdulillah......there's so many good foods around us , those which nourish ,energize ,invigorate , preserve our health , prevent us from getting sick , balance our hormones, sugar levels ,.......and HEAL..these are anti-oxidants , adaptogens .....they pike up our oxygen content , which will suffocate the mutated cells and eventually get eliminated from the system.
iv. avoid toxins - Many are stll cofused about toxic foods . Let me tell you this ,99.9 % of what we ingest daily falls into this category .Therefore , YOU really have to make purposeful efforts to be able to differentiate between good or bad here . I mean ,look at what the menu is like in the oncology ward of a typical hospital - milo , cordials , biscuits , ........and what do visitors bring for the patient :- KFC meal , Pizza Hut set , etc .......NOTE : Toxic foods ,includes white sugar , white bread and they all contibute to the robbing off of oxygen from the body , again rendering it perfect for the C-cells .
v -PERFECT PRAYERS - first and foremost ,SOLAT connects us with our Creator .Our struggle , our strive , our concerted efforts ,our war against anything is null until and unless Allah s.w.t allows otherwise . A perfect solah plays a significant role in healing - via physical movements and supplications , both nourishes and detoxifies accordingly . A disease / sickness / ailment renders a patient weak , physically - lethargic , paralysis . extreme pain , chronic depression , mental disorientation ........an overlooked component is that of our spiritual health . This and the former complements each other towards holistic healing . Thus ,continous rememberance of Allah as in Quran recitations , tahlil, tahmid.and living the Sunnah in our daily lives is imperative for holistic healing to work ....( etquettes in eating , sleeping, drinking , cooking , socialising ,........etc )....HAVE FAITH IN AL-QADAA AND AL-QADR...........to be continued
