Hi all , I love to create my own smoothies. Sometimes the result is brilliant , and at others it can be bland.....The intention is to come up with something healthy and yummy , at least I can assure my family the healthy part ....: |
THE RECIPE
put them all in a blender , adding some water if its too thick .....and SPIN.......its excellent for your guts !

THE RECIPE
- half of a kiwi fruit cut into smal pieces
- ditto for pineapple
- and papaya
- coconut water
- 3 tablespoonfuls of organic yogurt
- a teaspoonful of organic raw honey
- ditto for apple cider vinegar
- ice cubes
