TONIGHT'S Smoothies - MY PROTEASE DRINK

Hi all , I love to create my own smoothies.  Sometimes the result is brilliant , and at others it can be bland.....The intention is to come up with something healthy and yummy , at least I can assure my family the healthy part ....: |

THE RECIPE


  • half of a kiwi fruit cut into smal pieces
  • ditto for pineapple
  • and papaya
  • coconut water
  • 3 tablespoonfuls of organic yogurt
  • a teaspoonful of  organic raw honey
  • ditto for apple cider vinegar
  • ice cubes
method :

put them all in a blender , adding some water if its too thick .....and SPIN.......its excellent for your guts !
