A BETTER RAMADHAN .:sleep

Assalaamualaikum .
Dear Brothers & Sisters. Just personal sharing . The month of Ramadhan is round the corner ...eighty days or less? This is perfect timing , a perfect time-frame to incorporate our 'to-do' list with a customised Ramadhan design in mind ,which in turn will be the gateway to subsequent makeovers to come. InsyaAllah .
Let's make this Ramadhan the best ever . What would like it to be if it's your last ?
Personally , I would focus on transforming my bed time . Seriously. Early to bed early to rise. (thanks +Craig Ballantyne )

And it starts now  ,hoping for the momentum thereof would catalyse the change of my current bedtime habits  Having participated in the 90-day Transformation Contest . I realise that one of the important areas of my daily routine which has been greatly overlooked (for the past half a century )is my sleeping routine .Inspite of preaching to everyone about the compulsory bedtime ,especially especially since my mom's last sugar spike , I myself have never 'walked this talk'. My new'to-do list' hence would start with 1. Sleep :go to bed @ 9.30 pm  & get up @4.30am.Wish me luck. It starts tonight

extracted from Sleep from an Islamic perspective.

Muhammad (pbuh) encouraged his companions not to be involved in any activity after Isha prayer (darkness prayer, which is around 1.5-2 hours after sunset). The Prophet (pbuh) said, “One should not sleep before the night prayer, nor have discussions after it” [SB 574]. Additionally, Muslims are required to wake up for Fajr prayer, which is about one hour before sunrise. The Prophet did not sleep after Fajr prayer.[2] In addition, the Prophet (pbuh) told his companions that early morning work is blessed by Allāh.
