Bismillah .
Last night we had our daily online meeting in which we discussed on the Jiahor Hi-Fibre . Kalau tak pasal bermeeting , tak lah terjelas secara detail tentang sabjek apa sekalipun . Alhamdulillah elok benar lah tu . Lebih2 lagi bulan puasa akan bermula in 38 days time , it would be great if kita dapat perkasakan diri for the much-missed month . ' Perkasakan diri ' in the sense that we will be ready to rock setibanya Ramadhan insyaAllah ....dari aspek fisioloji , and the more so on the spiritual flavour .
The holy month in question has always been known to be the time opportune for cleansing . It's a pity though most of us has the tendency to be guiled less the initial fraction of it where we start off with full enthusiasm . That said , you would like to work out a plan with both aspects in mind ( zahir & rohaniah ) , start warming-up as of now and hopefully follow-through with the intended resulting speed at the onset of Ramadhan , subsequently right up to the finishing line ....insyaAllah .
Here , today I would go over what we covered in yesterday's OOPP ( Online Opportunity Presenting Preview ) on the Jiahor Fibre .
Broadly speaking , fibre ( serat ) is a vital component in our daily diet . In its natural existence , ia selalunya terkandung didalam buah2an , sayur2an kekacang dan biji2an .
