Ramadhan : The healing

Bismillah.

Ramadhan will be here in more or less than 2 weeks from now . Let's get healed  . Orang2 lain tak seblessed kita , this platform was ordained so we may benefit .......provisionally of course .
Cuba kali ni kita abstain . Tau tak ' fasting' is defined as the act of abstaining from macam2 yang serba tak elok , bukan sekadar makan minum per se  . I guess semua orang dah tau tentang ni so I am not going to bore you with that . I nak share about a few things here that may or may not be relevant to some regardless . Staring at our faces is a brilliant opportunity untuk rombak ourselves . Memang betul dah lalui setiap tahun for the past 57 years (oops) tapi tak pernah optimise on it sayangnye . Nvm , alhamdulillah diberi satu lagi peluang yet , insyaallah kalau kesampaian lah ni . 

Let's alter:



  • Our attitude about Ramadhan .....it is a month of purification, luar dalam. Studies show that the act of fasting bukan sekadar menyihatkan tubuh & minda , the fact of the matter is ia boleh reversse penyakit2 even the chronic ones ....provisionally of course . Oh yes provisionally . Apa kata scrape off ALL junks from our list . This said , pasar ramadhan , a romantic event intrinsic of this holy month must be given up ....terus terang berapa peratus of it is actually complimentary to developing a healthy family . Off hand I can only think of air tebu & air kelapa ......the rest of the congested bazaar is usually overflowing with toxins . We are so used to feast for iftar hatta tak cukup2 space kat meja makan to accomodate for all the juadah yang kita dah beli / masak whatever .  So the all-day-long hunger & thirst which is supposed to have a superb cleansing effect , will be rendered null & void by the end of the day . Purpose defeited . This process repeats daily for 29 times throughout the month . Crying shame . Talking about compounded effect ......what happens at the end of the 'fasting month' ......leaky guts maybe ? 

  • Dah scrape yang keruh fill the void with good stuff ....complete food food . ..For suhr Jiahor Soya Protein + lactoberry + Jiahor Fibre  shake . Repeat for iftaar . If you have this before your meal , for sure you tak boleh nak melantak banyak mana pun after that . Lepas tu take any one from the following mengikut kemampuan ( think about value for money ya )  Jiahor Nutrihealth tablets , Jiahor Lingzhi , Yungkien Ganoderma ....maknanya a product yang mengandungi lingzhi at least .  Tukar your beverages to CE0 coffee & or Luchun Cha or air rebusan serai / halia / kunyit / apa2 yang semula jadi dan berkhasiat instead of Nescafe etc. Put lots of different fruits and nuts yang menarik atas meja juadah anda . Have a colourful ( BUT healthy Ramadan )  ....dragon fruits , kiwi , durian belanda , nangka , organic papaya , cashews , dates , raisins , almonds and different seeds .....and a simple rice dish with lauk pauk of different veggies fresh and cooked . Reduce your animal proteins . Let's kick the sludge out of our bodies .
  • Bila dah banyak save time on bershopping di pasar Ramadhan dan bermasak2 macam di dapur not only kita dah spare our health and expenses kita dah boleh ngaji more !  Cleansing in and out.....berkat dan pahala. Thats given .
