IGNORANCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE

 Bismillah 

I have a sweet , new downline yang manja . Erm......well some of them memang need attention sebab diorang got no clue what's going on with their bodies . Bukanlah saya ni pun tau banyak sangat ...I learn as I go along , berpeluang berjumpa dengan macam-macam health- issues , mengalah doktor pulak . 

Awal2 pagi tadi , she called to tanya samada nak makan her Perindopril dulu or the { Luchun+ 🍋 }  dulu since both of these are supposed to be taking before breakfast ...the earlier as prescribed by the medical doctor and the latter by me .   J don't like to have to  make decisions as such ( my father always make me do this ) . .....As if the drug is part of my recommended ' treatment ' for him .  

As we chatted on , she explained that she actually dah lama tak amik the high-blood medication sebab it made her pening dan mual .  She kata before she started our products she took the medication sesekali sebab she tak tahan the side-effects. Then she stopped taking it soon after she started the yungkien ganoderma twinpack , set perut etc .....which is 4 months ago . That was well and good .  
This morning baru tau she has been prescribed with Perindopril in place of the last one sebab tak sesuai katanya . Aha ! so that's why she been having mual and headaches again lately !  Reason being she takut kot kot darah tinggi datang balik .  Sebab esok ada appointment doctor , takut kena marah .
